Using the service
By using Phantom AI, you agree to these terms. Use the service lawfully and submit only content you are authorized to process. Follow the applicable model provider's usage rules. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or use credentials belonging to someone else. You are responsible for protecting your keys and for requests made by agents you authorize.
Models and payments
Inference is charged according to the model actually served and your payment method. A routed request can use a different model if its first choice is unavailable. Review the current model prices and spending settings before running requests. Payment approvals and deposits are not necessarily a total spending cap. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests.
Model availability, prices and features can change. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete; review them before relying on them. Phantom does not guarantee a particular result, uninterrupted availability or savings on every request.
Software license
Phantom AI's code, this site and the Phantom CLI are proprietary. The Phantom Proprietary License lets you install and run the CLI to use the service, and grants no other rights.

Our privacy policy explains the data we process and your deletion options. Contact support@phantom.codes with service, billing or account questions. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
